The legally binding agreement governing your use of the B-Lady platform. Please read carefully.
Welcome to B-Lady
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and B-Lady, governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
Refers to the B-Lady website (www.b-lady.com), mobile application, and all associated web pages, subdomains, and digital interfaces operated by the Company.
Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity, including registered members, guest users, and visitors.
A User who places an order for one or more products on the Platform.
The registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
Any cosmetic, beauty, grooming, wellness, or personal care item listed for sale on the Platform.
A request placed by a Customer on the Platform for the purchase of one or more Products.
Any third-party brand, manufacturer, supplier, or seller whose products are listed and sold on the Platform.
All text, images, graphics, videos, audio, data, information, reviews, ratings, and other material available on the Platform.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, patents, copyrights, design rights, and any other proprietary rights owned or licensed by the Company.
Any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, and acts of war.
Any day other than a Sunday or a national public holiday observed in India.
Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our Platform. Users below 18 may only use the Platform under parental supervision.
2.1 Age Requirement
To access and use our Platform and to place orders, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
If you are below eighteen (18) years of age, you may access and use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on your behalf. Any order placed by a minor without parental supervision and consent will be deemed void.
2.2 Legal Capacity
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are disqualified from contracting by any law applicable to them are not eligible to use the Platform.
2.3 Compliance with Laws
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to all laws applicable in India.
2.4 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering on the Platform, placing orders, or communicating with us. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you are required to create a registered account by:
- Providing your name, email address, mobile number, and creating a password
- Registering through a third-party social media or authentication platform such as Google or Facebook
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Not share your login credentials with any third party
- Not allow unauthorized persons to access your account
- Use a strong and unique password
- Immediately notify us at support@b-lady.com if you suspect unauthorized access
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activities, orders, transactions, and communications that occur under your account. B-Lady reserves the right to assume that any activity on your account has been authorized by you unless you have reported unauthorized access.
3.4 One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting offers, promotions, or referral benefits is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Account Suspension & Termination
B-Lady reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Providing false or misleading information
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment fraud
- Repeated returns or refund abuse
- Violation of any applicable law
- Conduct harmful to B-Lady, users, or partners
3.6 Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting support@b-lady.com. Deletion may not be possible if there are pending orders, unresolved disputes, or outstanding obligations.
Use of the Platform
You CAN Use Platform For
- Browsing and exploring products
- Creating and managing your account
- Placing orders for personal use
- Tracking orders and managing returns
- Writing genuine product reviews
- Participating in promotional offers
You CANNOT Use Platform For
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Commercial resale without authorization
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
- Copying or distributing Content without consent
- Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Disrupting Platform integrity or security
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Posting false, defamatory, or offensive content
- Violating third-party rights
- Multiple accounts or unauthorized access
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
- Exploiting pricing errors or glitches
Products & Listings
5.1 Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only — actual appearance, shade, color, or packaging may vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting, and other factors.
5.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and offer options to:
- Wait for the product to become available
- Select an alternative product of similar value
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund
5.3 Multi-Brand Marketplace
B-Lady operates as a multi-brand platform featuring products from various national and international brand partners. While we verify authenticity and quality, some product information may be provided by brand partners.
100% Authentic Promise: All products are sourced directly from authorized brand partners, official distributors, or licensed importers. We do not knowingly list counterfeit or unauthorized products.
5.5 Regulatory Compliance
All cosmetic products comply with:

By submitting a review, you agree that:
- Your review is honest and based on personal experience
- Your review does not contain false or defamatory content
- You will not submit reviews for products you haven't purchased
- You grant B-Lady a license to use, display, and moderate your review
Pricing & Payments
6.1 Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes including GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Pricing Errors
In case of pricing errors, B-Lady reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm the correct price.
6.4 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Secure Payments: All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking information.
6.6 Payment Failure
If payment fails, the order won't be processed. You may retry using the same or different method. Any debited amount will be reversed within 5-7 business days.
6.7 EMI & BNPL
EMI and BNPL options are offered through third-party financial institutions. Terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules are governed by the respective institution. B-Lady is not responsible for related charges or disputes.
6.8 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). International currency conversion charges are borne solely by the customer.

7.4 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel your order before dispatch via customer support or "My Orders" section. Once dispatched, orders must be returned per our Return Policy.
7.5 B-Lady Cancellation Rights
B-Lady may cancel any order for:
- Product unavailability or stock shortage
- Pricing errors or technical issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Payment or verification failures
- Non-serviceable delivery locations
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
7.6 Bulk & Commercial Orders
The Platform is intended for individual retail purchases. Bulk or commercial orders for resale require prior written authorization. We reserve the right to cancel orders appearing to be for commercial resale.
Promotions, Offers & Loyalty
Promotional Offers
Subject to specific terms, valid for limited periods, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn anytime.
Coupon Codes
Single use per customer unless stated. Misuse or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
Loyalty Program
Earn points on purchases, redeem for discounts. Specific terms govern earning rates and redemption.
Referral Program
Earn rewards for referring new users. Subject to specific qualification terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Ownership
All content, design, graphics, images, text, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to B-Lady and protected by Indian and international IP laws:

You are NOT permitted to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute B-Lady IP without consent
- Use B-Lady trademarks in any confusing manner
- Create derivative works based on B-Lady IP
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Remove or alter copyright notices
9.3 User-Generated Content
By submitting content (reviews, ratings, photos), you grant B-Lady a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content across all media channels.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to the content submitted
- Your content doesn't infringe third-party rights
- Your content doesn't violate any law or these Terms
9.4 Third-Party IP
All brand names, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners. Display on our Platform doesn't constitute endorsement beyond the commercial relationship.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is paramount. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.2 Compliance
We comply with all applicable data protection laws:

- IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
10.3 Cookies
Our Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Availability
While we strive for 24/7 availability, we don't warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free service. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes without prior notice.
11.2 Product Suitability
- Read complete product descriptions, ingredients, and instructions before purchase
- Conduct a patch test before using any new cosmetic or skincare product
- Consult a dermatologist for sensitive skin or known allergies
- Discontinue use if you experience irritation or adverse effects
B-Lady shall not be liable for adverse reactions from products used outside manufacturer instructions.
11.3 Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain third-party links. We don't endorse, control, or take responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Access is at your own risk.
11.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-Lady and its affiliates shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Damages from Platform use or inability to use
- Unauthorized account access or data alteration
- Force Majeure events
- Claims from third-party products or services
Maximum Liability: B-Lady's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B-Lady, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, brand partners, and licensors from any claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of or access to the Platform
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
- Any User Content submitted by you
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity through the Platform
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India:

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, India.
Dispute Resolution
Amicable Resolution
Both parties attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of notification.
Grievance Officer
Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@b-lady.com. Acknowledgment within 48 hours, resolution within 30 days.
Consumer Forum
Approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Arbitration
Final binding arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Sole arbitrator, English language, venue: Mumbai.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of B-Lady to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall NOT constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized B-Lady representative.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the following policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and B-Lady:
These supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations relating to the subject matter.
Assignment
You may NOT assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent of B-Lady. B-Lady may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor entity without your consent.
Amendments to These Terms
B-Lady reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting with the revised "Last Updated" date.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

20.2 E-Commerce Rules Compliance
Per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we commit to:
- Display accurate product, price, and seller information
- Avoid unfair trade practices, fake reviews, or misleading ads
- Provide fair return, refund, and grievance redressal
- Not manipulate prices unjustifiably or discriminatorily
- Ensure advertisements match actual product characteristics
