Delivery Process
7.1 Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners make up to 2-3 delivery attempts at your registered address. After failed attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
7.2 Delivery Instructions
Add specific instructions (preferred time, building access, alternative contact) in the "Delivery Instructions" field at checkout.
7.3 Alternate Person
You may authorize another person at your address to accept the delivery. Once accepted and signed, B-Lady is not responsible for subsequent issues.
7.4 Proof of Delivery
Our logistics partner records delivery confirmation including recipient name and signature (where applicable).
Inspect Before Accepting: We strongly recommend inspecting outer packaging for visible damage. If you see significant damage or tampering, refuse the delivery and contact support immediately.
Undelivered & Returned Shipments
8.1 Reasons for Return to Origin (RTO)
- Maximum delivery attempts exhausted due to unavailability
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
- Delivery location not serviceable
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
8.2 Re-Delivery Options
If your order returns to our warehouse, you can request re-delivery within 7 calendar days. Re-delivery is subject to:
- Additional shipping charges
- Confirmation of correct delivery address
8.3 Refund for Undelivered Orders
💳 Prepaid Orders
Refund processed to original payment method after deducting shipping and reverse logistics charges. Initiated within 5-7 business days.
💵 COD Orders
No refund applicable as no advance payment was collected for failed COD deliveries due to customer unavailability.

Damaged Shipments in Transit
12.1 Reporting Transit Damage
If your order arrives with visible packaging damage:
- Do not accept delivery if outer packaging shows significant damage or tampering
- If already accepted, document damage with clear photographs/videos immediately
- Raise return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Submit photos/videos as supporting evidence with your request
Our Promise: B-Lady takes full responsibility for products damaged in transit. You're eligible for full refund or replacement per our Return Policy.
